I recently upgraded to Logos 6 and when using the "Counting the ten commandments" tool there is nothing but blank screen. Nothing happens when I click on any of the icons. What am I doing wrong?
How did you upgrade - free core engine, base package or crossgrade?
I purchased the feature crossgrade.

Here is the screen shot.
The page remains blank and clicking on the icons has no effect. BUT, I just realized it works on my windows 7 desktop computer and not on my windows 8 surface pro 2.
Reinstallation may fix the problem.
I use MacBook Pro and it used to bring failure when I start Logos.
Then I remove, reinstall (about 4 times in one week) and now it works like a charm.
