BUG:Incorrect link in Search Helps
Logos 6.5 Beta 3; Mac OS 10.10.4
In the Search panel with the search field empty, clicking on Logos Help should take the user to the Search section of the Logos Help resource. However, it only opens the help resource to its title page.
Note that the Wiki link works as expected.

Hi Jack
However, it only opens the help resource to its title page.
On Windows it seems to open the resource to the last opened page.
Are you able to check whether that is the same on Mac?

Thanks for checking.
Yes, it is the same in the Mac version, but that is also not the expected behavior. This is also a change in previous behavior.
I discovered this bug while going through John Falahee's video #76 Basic Search:Introduction. Unfortunately, Safari does not provide a time marker, but near the end of the video, he clicks the Logos Help link with opens to the Basic Search article. Don't know which version of L6 John is using, but this reveals that one of the updates broke this link.
If someone is confuse concerning the Basic Search feature, a broken link such as this will only serve to further confuse him. Note that the Wiki link opens to the correct position.
Somewhat different from the originally reported problem, but a bug none-the-less.

Totally agree, just wanted to clarify

I'll make a case for this.
When we republished and updated the Help a month or two ago, we consolidated all of the Search articles from e.g. "Basic Search Panel" & "Basic Search Options" into a single "Basic Search" article. Looks like we didn't update these links after we did that.

This should be fixed in 6.5 RC1.
