Ante-Nicene Fathers

Hello,
i originally had these volumes in my library as i am working on these. but I noticed today that they are not in my library after i did the last upgrade. It's the second time i get this. Is there any reason why these resources has been removed from my library ?

I'm not sure, but you may want to post what package you have, and if you subscribe to Logos Now and/or Logos Cloud. Those that may be able to help will probably want that information.

As Erwin intimates above it may be due to licence subscriptions - particularly if you were testing Logos Cloud and then let your subscription lapse.
If you type the command "update resources" in the command bar are they restored?

The latest build i have is : Logos Bible Software 6.4 SR-2 6.4.0.0058.
I get this with the same resources, its the only ones that i have been working with.
I did try the Logos Cloud and did not opt for it.
Its quite an issue for me as I am preaching tomorrow and was preparing my sermon and had needs from some of these text. You think that can be fixed asap ?
I tried the update resources but nothing. resources missing on my IPad - Mac etc. see screenshot for error i have.

With the Logos Cloud trial you would have got these resources but if you didn't opt to continue they would have been removed unless you have bought them separately as a package.
Would this explain what you are seeing?

In which case I would contact Customer Services (https://www.logos.com/contact) and see if they can resolve this.
From your screenshot above it looks as though the licence associated with these resources is no longer unlocked to your account.

What message appears when you hover your mouse over the blue circle icon with "1" up in the upper right corner? I believe this message indicates that the software thinks you own the resource in question, but can not find the corresponding file.
Can you run the "update resources" command and post the resulting log file? See here for details on capturing logs on Mac: https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem

I have been using logos since Logos4 and as far as i remember i was on the Silver package of Logos 5 and the Ante-Nicene were included, well I Always had them. but moving on tho Logos 6 i started seeing some previous books no longer in my library. Having upgraded to Logos 6 Bronze , does that remove my previous package ? I hope not!

Purchasing Logos 6 Bronze definitely does not remove any prior ownership.
I don't see any particular problems in the log file. The information I have indicates ownership of Logos 5 Bronze and Logos 6 Bronze. It's possible there is some mixup with that. I recommend contacting customer service via phone or email: https://www.logos.com/contact. Feel free to reference this thread.
