You can move from highlight to highlight by selecting this in the locator bar
Then just use the up/down arrows to navigate to highlights
Alternatively - if you create all your highlights in a single notesfile (http://wiki.logos.com/Notes#How_do_I_create_a_new_note_file_to_be_used_when_I_right_click_in_a_Bible.3f for details)
you can then open this notesfile and all of the highlights will be shown
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Why is the "filter highlight" not in the locator bar? Thanks.

I don't understand. It is in the locator bar in MJ's screenshot
Are you seeing something different? If so, please post a screenshot?
Are you looking in a resource which has highlights?
