Haven't run from the PC for a while (use ipad mostly). Crash
Tried reinstall.
Still crashing.

No crash in that log. Is there a crash log in the Logos Log Files folder?
No that is the only log file
Enabled logging with the registry change "EnableLogging
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Logos4\Logging]"Enabled"=dword:00000001
The log file has a bit more info.7651.Logos.zip
But no crash info! Supply details from Windows event viewer at the time of the crash.

There are two errors
.NET Runtime and Application errors

Faulting module is MSVCR120.dll and the crash happened during resource discovery. However, the Event logs corresponding to the Logos log you supplied would provide a better idea of the issue i.e. 27 July at roughly 10:13 pm.
Then you should await a response from Faithlife for further assistance or contact Tech Support (and refer them to this thread).
I am not sure what you mean by the event logs. There is an information about the crash immediately following the two errors in the last log. I have include all three here. There is nothing elso going on in the logs before or after the crash that I can see.8130.windows events.zip

I was expecting Event Viewer details/log corresponding to the date/time of your Logos log, but Tech Support will now be able to diagnose the issue.
Received a call from Logos and Jacob remoted into my system and fixed the problem. It appears to have been old resources that were causing the issue.
The support was way more than I expected and very much appreciated. Thanks Jacob and Logos.
