Prayer List Syncing Spotty between Desktop and iOS App

I'm finding that prayer list syncing is very irregular between my desktop Logos app and my Faithlife App in iOS. Usually, if I check off items in the mobile app, when I open the desktop the last one remains unchecked. And sometimes none of them actually sync. Nor have I found a way to force the sync between the devices.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

For clarification: The devices don't sync between one another, but via the cloud. See THIS THREAD to make sure your mobile app is syncing with the cloud.

Unfortunately, this doesn't resolve the issue at all. What is failing to sync is the completion checkmarks - not the list itself. The items on the list seem to sync. But when you check them off on one device (say, my phone) they update only irregularly on the other (my desktop). Sometimes they update, often they all update except the last item checked off, and sometimes they don't update at all.

I don't see how to determine that in the thread noted. When I go to that link, it will show me the document. But since it doesn't show checked-off items, but only the items themselves, it doesn't solve it.

I can't seem to get my prayer list to sync at all to mobile. all my other documents are available and in the cloud, but prayer list isn't showing up. Any ideas how to make it work?

And while i'm at it, i'll just throw this out there--i can't seem to receive any notifications on my ios device for faithlife group posts etc. Any clues how to get this working? notifications are on in ios and the faithlife groups website...

It would be best to create your own thread. Please provide a clear explanation of your issue(s) with appropriate details. (i.e. What version of what app? What version of iOS? What version of the desktop app?)
