Maintenance period

The maintenance period has been extended to Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just makes me realize how much I appreciate the capabilities of the L4 IPhone App.  

This phase of maintenance is complete. Some of the synchronization issues have been addressed. There will be another, shorter maintenance period next week that will address more of the synchronization issues.

Anything specific that didn't work before that does now?

Whatever was addressed didn't fix my multi-reading plan problem. I still have 3 extras that I can't get rid of on my iPhone.

The second phase of maintenance was completed without downtime. This maintenance was to address reading plans that appeared on the iPhone app but not in Logos 4.

If you do still have a reading plan that does not show up in Logos 4 and you want to delete it, try the following:

1. In the reading plan view, touch the last reading of a day. This will mark the day as read and trigger a sync.
2. Wait 5 minutes for synchronization to occur.
3. In Logos 4, click the sync icon (upper right), wait for it to stop spinning.
4. Under the File menu, your reading plan should appear. You can right click on it to delete it.
5. Click the sync icon again and wait 5 minutes.
6. Close the iPhone app (if it's open) and re-open it. The reading plan should no longer appear.

If these instructions do not work, please let me know and I'll look up your account for further diagnostics.

Bradley, you may want to start a new thread posting your problems, this thread hasn't seen a post for two weeks.

BTW, welcome to the forum.

Bradley, it is normal for a reading plan to duplicate if it is modified on the iPhone and in Logos 4 (or in two Logos 4 installations) at about the same time. Documents in Logos 4 aren't automatically merged, so duplication is a way of avoiding overwriting one set of changes with another. You can delete the reading plans you don't want with Logos 4.
