I would love to help, but there are two problems:

    1. I have no idea what the problem is! Not only didn't you tell us anything in the body of the post, but your subject line only says "opening logos."
    2. You posted logs, but they are old. You must first enable logging, attempt to recreate the problem, and grab the log files before restarting Logos.

It looks like two  of your database files has got corrupted, but without full logs, I can't be 100% sure.

If I'm right, deleting these two folders should fix it:

    • C:\Users\Dick's Desktop 64bit\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\l34mvadr.tlz\UpdateManager\
    • C:\Users\Dick's Desktop 64bit\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\l34mvadr.tlz\LibraryCatalog\

When you load Logos after that, it will take much longer to open that usual, as the two files are rebuilt.

However, the more important issue is "Why did the files get corrupted"? To lose what is unlucky, to lose two suggests there might be a probably with your drive. I'd suggest a thorough scan of drive c:
