Logos 6 refuses to open.
The problem I am having is that my LOGOS 6 will not open. I have run a scan on my hard drive and have deleted threats that I was surprised to have. The error message I receive is "Logos has encountered a problem and has stopped working correctly. Close program" Logos is working fine on my other two computers. The error is on a desktop running Windows 8.1 Pro and the other two are a laptop with the same OS as the desktop and the other is a Surface 2 Pro tablet running Windows 10 Pro. Just as a side bit of info the desktop was shut down for 10 days while we were gone from home but so was the laptop which is fine. I had the Surface with me. Any help would be appreciated or at best a Logos technician who could remotely look and see what is happening. Thanks.
