Thanks Graham. I "shared" on my fb page. What next? I checked my fb page and the Logos offer is posted but I don't see any directions for obtaining the book.
Take a look at the page NB. Mick shared and you will see the page that should appear once you share the link on FB. Here is a the post Jonathan made about the link...
Once you successfully share or tweet, a box will drop down with an "Add free book to cart" button. This will add it to your cart for free.

Same here, unless I just didn't see it. Now I feel bad about spamming my friends on FaceBook. I'm not about to spam them again to try and get it to work. Unless there is a way to reactivate that drop down, or pop-up whatever it was, without re-posting to FB again, I'm going to miss out on this deal.

Did you verify that you don't have ad block, ghostery, etc.? Did you try alternate browsers?
Using Google Chrome seemed to fix the issue for me.

Did you then try alternate browsers without AdBlock? Or did you try turning AdBlock off or adjusting the settings?
I used Opera with AdBlock Plus and had no trouble. It does take a little bit for it to verify that you have posted or tweeted so perhaps wait a minute before giving up.

I did not try an alternate browser. I waited well beyond a minute. When nothing happened I just assumed it would download into Logos automatically. I dislike caveats that are not stated beforehand. I would try it again, but as I mentioned before, I feel this requires me to spam my FB friends so that I can get something free. I did it once, but I will not do it again while I'm trying to work out whatever the problem is. My loss.

What about creating a spam twitter account?
Or just limit who will see your FB post to only those who might be interested, by using the Custom option. Click the part of the dialog that I've noted with orange (below), then select "Custom" and when you click "Share" the "Custom Privacy" dialog will open (presuming you've found the browser where sharing works at all on your system, of course : )

Okay, I shared on FB to a custom list of a few select people. I don't feel bad about that. I used Chrome and I still had AdBlock activated. No problem this time. I'm guessing my problem stemmed from user error (as with most of my problems). Anyway, thanks everyone for taking the time to help me troubleshoot the problem and for the suggestions for modifying the FB share feature. I don't mind sharing with some of my FB friends, but I didn't want to hit others that I know will have no interest in it. I don't have twitter so I'm not sure what that option was about.

The option wasn't presented to you because you have an account. It was presented to you because it is a choice for anyone to share with that medium. I find twitter worthless, but I have an account. I would much rather share these things to twitter than to FB.

I shared on Twitter and didn't get the book coming up in Chrome. So I shared again on Twitter through IE. The link still didn't appear like shown in the screenshots earlier in this thread. Any ideas?
