Table of Contents not tagged in Sheffield Reader book

I just bought "The Johannine Writings" (https://www.logos.com/product/5884/the-johannine-writings ) in the Sheffield Reader Collection series. I was quite surprised, on opening the book, to see that the Table of Contents doesn't seem to have been set up the way they normally are in other books. By this, I mean that you don't get the ">>" at the top of the tile allowing you to expand the table of contents into a sidebar (see below). In addition, I don't get the line at the top of the tile telling me whereabouts in the book I am at any time.
I do have one other edition in this series, and the Table of Contents can be expanded (see below).
Is this right?

Did you try opening the "locator bar" and/or "table of contents" from the book's menu (book cover)? In the two screen shots above, the "locator bar" is showing (which allows you to open the TOC, but in the top screen shot you don't have it turned on.

Thanks Alabama - that worked. Very strange, I've never had that happen before: my books normally just have it exposed.
Thank you very much.
