reinstalling logos 5
I changed out my hard drive for a SSD but Logos did not transfer to the SSD. Previously I was able to download the Logos and my books when I purchased a new computer. But I don't see that on the logos web site and their tech didn't offer any help. I need help because I swill be changing out hard drives on a second computer this coming weekend.

You can download Logos 5 from https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/install
The free Logos 6 engine is available at https://www.logos.com/install and I would recommend using that unless there is any particular reason why you need to stay on Logos 5

Hi Graham,
I purchased a new Windows 10 laptop (after dropping my previous machine.) I have downloaded the LOGOSSETUP file. When I click, double-click, and right-click on the file, nothing happens. Worse, the entire window often freezes for a minute or so.
The goal was to load Logos 5 since that is my most recent purchase. I tried the Logos 6 install, but that failed in the same manner.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. It would probably be best to create a new thread for this so it doesn't get mixed up with Jon's issues.
To try and get some more information please enable diagnostic logging (using step 4 at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem) and then try running the setup again. Please post logs afterwards
