What are they selling?

Sometimes, punctuation makes a difference. This is from today's Twitter feed-
(Yes, the rest of the title was there, but it sure would have been less surprising...you know how THAT word jumps off the screen...if they'd used quotes, or italics. Unintended things are usually funnier than intended ones.)
Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

Hi Doc B,
We added "the book" before the rest of the title to make it less surprising for the afternoon message. Unfortunately, Twitter doesn't allow italics, otherwise we would include it.
