Notes & Commentary

Does anyone use 1 NOTE file for your personal commentary? I have using separate writings (e.g. Matthew, Mark, Luke...). Problem is, I have to open them individually when I want to add a note. If I had 1 file open all the time, I could add to personal commentary that way. (I understand the amount of info in 1 file was a problem in earlier versions of Logos - hence it was better to use multiple files). Thoughts?

Better to open smaller note files than get into trouble with one large note file.

No one uses only one note file for very long, AFAIK.

In the past, note files couldn't be searched, so big note files were a real issue. If I understand it correctly, this has been changed in the latest release, at least to some degree. So it may not be as big a problem as in the past. But still.

Since Logos is very good at exporting data to Word, using multiple files, then compiling them into one Word doc later is a better practice, should you need everything in one file.  YMMV.
