Logos won't open

Hello,

I am attempting to help my parents figure out why Logos will not work them. The program will not open. If I use the cntrl key when starting the program the software will open but I get a Windows pop-up that something went wrong and Microsoft is looking for a solution. I have tried reinstalling/updating Logos to the most recent and restarting, neither of which helped. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer for them.

I am having the same problem. I am using Windows 10 and I don't have any log files in the folder that are recent. The holding down CTRL doesn't work for me either. I'm a little frustrated I can't get at my files the day before Sunday. Any help would be appreciated!

There wasn't a logos.log file in the same folder, would it be located somewhere else.

No, it should be in the same place... but did you "enable" logging? It isn't turned on by default. See the link in my signature line.

This is a calculated guess:

Go to C:\Users\Gregory\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\jvzx5oct.3qu\ResourceManager\Resources and delete BEFORE-AND-AFTER.lbshtm. Restart Logos to restore the resource and (hopefully) fix the issue.

You need to enable Hidden files and folders via File Explorer Options in Control Panel.
