I highlight my Bible a lot. And other resources. When I do a search, the results don't show that highlighting. I want it to show my highlighting, and I want to be able to highlight in those search results.
PS: I love Logos.
You can use "inline search" in the resource:
Ok, that's cool for a Bible search, and thank you. But there are other places the Bible text appears. Here's an example: The parallel Gospel reader.
Interactive features are specialized tools that currently lack features that are standard for books. Note that there is no icon for visual filters. However, they are a relatively new feature so that additional capability may be coming in them.
Ok. Another place is when I hover in a commentary and it shows a Bible verse. I realize I might not be able to highlight there due to the limited functionality of a pop-up, but I would like to see my existing highlights there. I guess what I'm saying is, anywhere I might see my LEB text show up, whatever tool or resource, I want to see my highlights, and would really like to be able to highlight there. The only way I know now to see my highlights is in an inline Bible search.
I can see why someone who creates special highlights might want this... Personally, this wouldn't be any benefit to me and I can imagine that performance would take an extreme hit.
In any case, this isn't a "bug" but a feature request. You should create a suggestion in User Voice.
