MacBook OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 - Logos 6 Base Start Up Issue

Greetings everyone,

I am having a major difficulty and I could use some insight from other Mac users or tech support. I've installed Logos 6 and installed it on my new MacBook, I've used it before on Windows and an older MacBook Air. However, after installing the .dmg life, I cannot actually get the program to run. It turns on and then does nothing. Nothing pops up and when I click on the icon Logos shows "Untitled" (reference photo attachment). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the laptop and checking for permission errors.

Any advice? I really need to get this up and running.

There was a bug in a version several months ago... but has since been fixed. Can you open the app via the application folder (rather than the dock)? If not, please download the newest engine (see link in my signature line).

I've downloaded the most recent dmg file that they offer. I then deleted it and tried again clicking on the "install" button on your signature line. It is still doing it. I tried opening it in the Application section of the Finder and I tried Launchpad as well. Eventually, if I leave the program running it will close and not do anything.

Has it ever worked? Did you allow time to download and index your resources? How much free space do you have?

What version of OS X? I would normally suggest logs, and someone smarter than me might ask for them (see my signature line), but I am guessing there won't be anything to show... I could be wrong.

I literally installed the program and try to turn it on and it just sits there like the original photo showed.
