Already had the freebe, and the one for 1.99 is showing full price.
I did not have either books and the one did download at the price of 1.99 for me.
Second one is full price for me also.
I was able to get them by hitting the "get both now" button on the free book page.
Have tried everything and the second one is still showing up as the full price !

It worked fine for me and I use GBP
To me the same (not working) and I'm not in USD currency.
I've tried recently again and it works now
FWIW, I was having same issue of full pricing for the second book and utilizing USD currency. Then I took the following steps which eventually works well with the second book at USD1.99 Here's what I did:
1) WITHOUT signing in, clicked on the link https://www.logos.com/free-book-of-the-month and select the free book on Amos which will bring you to your shopping cart;
2) then sign in with your credentials of username (email address) and password;
3) then go back to select your other resource of Joel & Obadiah for $1.99
Hope all is good thereafter. Otherwise trust FL to rectify the problem sooner than later. Cheers [:)]
