This morning I noticed that there were identical speaker and addressee labels on adjacent words - I saw it in an English translation but the same is true in the LHB

Good point - Mk 1:7 and Mk 1:11 are examples
But the Ezekiel case is different as they are not "doubled" labels but adjacent ones.
