Unseen Realm on Logos for Kindle
Hi all,
I have purchased Dr Heiser's new book via Logos. I can read it via my desktop client on Windows. However, I cannot access the resource via my Logos app on my Kindle Fire. Has anybody else been able to read this on the Logos app for the Andriod platform? Or maybe on IoS?
Thanks,
Schalk

I don't own this resource and don't have android. I know that there have been some issues recently related to the Logos servers, licenses, and iOS. I don't know if the same issues have happened on Android. In any case, this question would best be asked in the Android forum. To help you get the assistance you need, this thread will be moved to the android forum.

"Send to Kindle" is a different thing than using the Android app for Kindle (Fire). If you are having trouble with the Android app for Kindle Fire, stay here. If you are having trouble using the "send to kindle" feature in L6, please create a new thread in the L6 forum. Make sure to explain clearly your issue and what you have tried doing (i.e. have you ever sent a book to kindle?)

Hi all,
I am still having the issue. I am not using the "Send to Kindle" feature.
I am using Logos on a Kindle Fire. Via the Logos app I am trying to find this resource in my library, but it does not show up. I have tried it on three different Kindle's using the same Logos account without success.
I have forced the Logos app to stop, cleared the cache and restarted. No improvement.
I have gone to the Logos website and sent the resource to all the Kindle devices for download. No success.
What else can I try?

Schalk

Very right Alabama, one thing to also remember there are resources whose copyright holder will not allow the send to kindle function to be used. I am not sure the number of them but do remember a FL person confirming some items do not have the send to kindle option.

You may have to rebuild you index in the entry window on your home screen type: rebuild index and then hit go. This must be all lowercase. I believe this is the correct method on the android, I am an iOS user so I am more familiar with the quirks of it.

What generation of Kindle Fire are you using, and which version of the Logos app?

Hi Kevin,
I have this on a Fire HD7 and HD6 (new generation) and 2nd Generation HDX.
I am using the latest version (non beta) Updated to the version in the Kindle store.

Hi All,
I have solved this by uninstalling the app and re-installing.
Seems to be the only solution. Strange that it happens on the same day to three different devices [:O]
