NIV Study Bible - Images

Hi,
I was just peeking through the new NIV SB.
I found the OT Chronology timeline chart to be really small and no way to open it separately into a bigger view.
Interestingly enough, it works better in Biblia/Logos web app because you can right-click and choose to view the image in a new browser tab.
Any ideas on how to do something similar in the Logos desktop app?

See if exporting it from Logos desktop to your computer helps. Right-click on the image and select "Save as..."

Thanks Daniel.
That should work; however that is not really ideal when yu are reading within Logos.

Any ideas on how to do something similar in the Logos desktop app?I'm by no means a Logos expert, but the only work around I see is opening the image in PowerPoint. That allows me to see a much larger and higher resolution image of the OT Chronology timeline you were referring to. I'm not sure if there's a better way.
It does seem like a big omission for Logos to not have it's own built in image viewer for something like this.
Edit: Just tried saving it as an image and that definitely works better. Thanks Daniel.

That worked for me. Saved it as a JPEG and opened in Picture Viewer. Then I was able to blow it up. It works but it is a little too much hastle.

Hi Geo
A built in image viewer would be great however I managed to get a good view of the graphic by floating the window and expanding it to full screen.

The "Save As" button does not work on my Desktop Computer. I cannot save any picture as a JEPG or anything else. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

This worked very well for me too.

If you are running on a Windows OS ...
Then CIV works pretty well for this image (below, partial view after zooming)
P.S. if you click on the above image, your browser should show you the image full size (to see the effects of zooming with CIV)

Hi Mike Binks the "Save As" link has never worked for me with LOGOS 6, no matter what image I want to save. The only images that I can save is those linked with "Visual Copy."
Could this be a problem with LOGOS SOFTWARE or my DESKTOP COMPUTER?
UPDATE: Mike I finally got it to work. Thank you for all of your help. It is much appreciated.
