Logging appears to be running normally in these logs, except that it was terminated early (maybe because a new/updated resource was installed?).
Please capture a full session of indexing and post the logs again.
(Continued from https://community.logos.com/forums/t/115051.aspx)
Also, please don't pause the indexing while it's running (while you're collecting the logs).
Thank you.
I just completed another round of library indexing over night - my fourth time! I shall wait and see if the indexing will auto repeat when I open Logos 6, and then I shall do what you suggested.
Again, the library indexing starts all over again after the completion of the previous indexing. See picture.

How much free space does your hard drive have?
My disk space is 500GB and still have 360GB free.

If you previously enabled permanent logging then the logs can be uploaded (the compressed Log Files folder) immediately after a 'round' of indexing (before any more indexing starts). You can also start logging by pressing the CTRL key when you start Logos.
What puzzles me is that why the Library keeps indexing every time I open logos 6, and there's not indication of new resources being added or installed. Even right now the Library still indexing after my previous round completed. Never have I encountered such strange behaviour since I used Logos Bible Software!
What puzzles me..
We cannot unravel the puzzle without logs, Tony. Please read the wiki article carefully and post logs as per my previous post.

The logs show that indexing completed successfully at 08:54am on 8 Sept (it took 3.5 hrs) and that it was not initiated when you started Logos at 10:04am! That is a good result!
Then what is the issue that when I open Logos 6, the library index starts all over again?
Did it start again at 10:04? Did it start again after another restart?
Well, I just open my Logos 6, and there it is again - library indexing (see picture). Just not sure what is the problem.
Sorry, but we can't diagnose this without a complete set of log files from each time it happens.
Today I just completed another round of library indexing. Just half an hour ago, I open Logos 6, and there it is, library indexing starts all over again.
Here's the log:

The logs don't show the indexer finishing. Was it still running when you zipped up the log files? If so, please wait for it to finish before posting logs.
If it wasn't running, it may have crashed in a way that we can't see from the logs. In that case, we'll need you to post the Windows Event Viewer details for the crash. Or you can contact Tech Support for assistance with this problem (and reference this thread).
Bradley,
Here's the log after the completion of the library indexing.

There is a possibility of corruption in one database file and it could also be affecting some resource index files. I think the best way to manage this is to contact Tech Support and let them look at your computer. Refer them to this thread
Bradley, Here's the log after the completion of the library indexing. 5123.Logos Log Files (2).zip
The log says: "BibleIndex Re-indexing because the existing index is corrupt or missing." but it doesn't explain why. Unfortunately, the Logos.log file is from a different session than the indexer, so we may be missing crucial information.
We need a complete set of logs from one session of running the application (during which indexing starts). Please don't restart Logos, but if you must, back up the existing Logos.log file before running it again.
How do I obtain the "complete set of logs"?
Here's the zip file. Hope I got it correct.

It appears that you launched the program, opened the home page, then closed it. As far as I can tell, no indexing started, which seems good. It looks like the system is working properly. If it does index unexpectedly in the future, please post the log files again as they may help us diagnose the problem.
Ok. Will do.
Very frustrating - another round of library indexing! I had done two things: 1) uninstall and reinstall the software, 2) run thorough disc scan and repairs, 3) latest updated version, and still the problem of recurring indexing persists. See log files.

See log files.
These appear to be the same log files that you posted last time.
To diagnose the problem, we'll need to see a complete set of log files from a time you ran the program when indexing was initiated. Make sure you have enabled logging permanently; open a command prompt and enter this command:
reg add HKCU\Software\Logos4\Logging /v Enabled /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
It should say "The operation completed successfully."
Another round of indexing started the moment I open Logos 6.
Do I enter the command during the indexing or after it completed?
You can enter it any time. The generation of log files will only take effect the next time you start Logos 6. If you entered that command before you started Logos 6, the log files should contain what we want; please wait for indexing to finish, then zip and post them.
Otherwise, please wait for indexing to finish again, then follow the steps I outlined earlier: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/115140/768006.aspx#768006 (you can ignore step 1, since that should be done now).
Whenever you start Logos 6 and it starts indexing, we'd be interested in seeing the complete log files generated from that session (from the beginning of indexing till the very end).
I entered the command during the indexing. Once completed, I zip the log files. Hope I did it correct.

I have sent you the required log files after the indexing completed. I turn of my PC, and waited for a few hours to star again. When I open Logos 6, there you are, yet, another recurring indexing "Your library is indexing 0%). I let it completes, and below is the log files.

The indexer log just stops abruptly. This probably means that it crashed in a way that doesn't write an error to the log. (There are certain kinds of crashes that can result in this behaviour.)
If this happens every single time (and it would appear that it does) then that would explain why indexing starts every single time you start the program (because it has not completed successfully).
Please contact Tech Support and ask them to collect Windows Event Viewer details and a crash dump from your system; you can reference this thread.
