Visual Copy and Instagram Size Issue

I'm really liking visual copy as it is a real time saver. But when I save a slide to my computer as a JPEG and then post to Instagram (via Hootsuite), the image is cropped all the way around and some of the letters or words are cut off. Anyone have a thought?

I've tried both and have the same problem. I do not have the problem when posting to Facebook.

I dont use or have an Instagram account or I would help test it out. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

I just received word from the people at Hootsuite. Instagram images are cropped to be square. The visual copy option only offers 4:3 and 16:9. One would need to download it to another app and crop it square.

For clarification: Some themes DO have 1:1 ratios.

Also some graphics programs can easily squish an image into a square and 4:3 wouldn't look too bad squared.
