Logos keeps crashing and I see the following image. Logs are attached.
2502.Logos Log Files.zip
The crash log provides limited information about what you were doing, but wait until indexing has finished as that may have an affect if you were opening a resource with many visual filters (of the search kind). Otherwise start Logos with CTRL key held to get a full set of logs. Upload them after the crash as before.
Same issue, logs attached.
Specific task being completed at time of crash:
Dragging resource from search window into bibliography document. Indexing was not going, library was prepared, the search itself was finished.
8883.Logos Log Files (2).zip
Dragging resource from search window into bibliography document.
I couldn't reproduce this, if I interpret correctly:
Is this the only (repeatable) activity causing a crash?
No, I am not opening the resource. I am dragging the article title from the search result window directly to the Bibliography document. Does that make sense?
I am dragging the article title from the search result window
It makes sense as I also got the same crash in Logos (6.6 beta) with the second resource I dragged.[:(] ---> LLS:42.100.2, Concise Theology

Now we'll have to wait for Faithlife.
I was afraid of that. I have a school assignment due tomorrow. Now were you saying you were NOT having an issue if you actually open the resource?
The Biblio is populated OK if I drag the open resource tab, but dragging from Search results doesn't consistently cause a crash!
Alright, I'll try that then until we can get some info from FL. Thanks Dave, have a good one!
Faithlife has anyone taken a look at this?
Thanks for the report. I am able to recreate this crash. We'll take a look.
Thanks Andrew!
This is fixed in 6.7, now available on the stable channel.
Excellent thank you for working on this!
