Is it possible to include certain areas (html or css) where reftagger should tag instead of excludin

Is it possible to include certain areas (html or css) where reftagger should tag instead of excluding all the other areas where reftagger should not tag?

E.g. if there is only a small area on the page, where reftagger should tag references.

You can exclude certain CSS classes or HTML tags by clicking on Advanced settings on http://reftagger.com/customize/

If you set the "tag automatically" option to false in the script, then after reftagger lads, it will have a "tag" method that can be called on individual DOM nodes.

Could you maybe help in doing so?

1) do you mean, to download the "http://api.reftagger.com/v2/RefTagger.de.js" javascript and modify it locally?

OR do you suppose to add to the settings the line

,tagAutomatically: "false"

like in the example here:

2) Afterwards, how can i call this tag-method you were speaking of?
