Sermon Recording

Sermon recording is rather nifty. I especially can see use case in churches where they aren't already recording they can just add a digital adapter to their computer (15 bucks) and record off of the sound board.

I'm not sure that I like sending folks to another website (faithlife/soundfaith) to listen/view. Or embedding into the website. Guess I just like controlling the media.

While I can download the audio, it would be more beneficial to me to also be able to download a simple video file with the slides for uploading video to my site. We are looking at implementing a full video system but this would sure tide me over until then.

Just a thought, I do appreciate all the work put into the new features.

p.s. What concerns do you have about the widget? Seems to be the same as embedding a video from YouTube or Vimeo?

Videos would normally go to vimeo.

Audio is uploaded to amazon s3 via a Wordpress site. im working with a new church now and there's no set way of doing these things yet. Just what I've done in the past.

Id like access to a video so I can include it in a podcast feed.
