Logos 6.6 SR2 allows you to just drag the section to where you want it. It is layout specific, which means you can adapt a Cited By tool for a particular layout, save it and the CB layout also saves.

Can I rearrange the order things appear in the cited by tool?

I asked this same question about a year ago and the answer was, 'no'. But there was some indication from a FL employee that this tool was being tweaked at the time, and would be improved. I've seen the functionality (speed) increase with the tool some, but I'm curious as well if some customization has been made available.

This is a really, really useful tool and should get more development attention.
