Problem with intallation

I have the BIBLIOTECA ACADEMICA BILINGUE and can not install the whole thing. I can install the first disk but not disk a and b which contain ALL of my resources. I have been at this for more than a total of 10 hours. Tech support has not been able to figure it out either. I was sent new cds and the problem persists but when i try software that is not logos i have no problem installing. Im running vista 3 gb mem 320 gb hard drive. Any solutions?

Are you trying to install with Logos 3.0 (Libronix?) or 4.0?

Are you getting an error message or are the resources just not recognized?

Can you see the contents of the disks using Windows Explorer?

Thanks Mark,

Its 3.0f , No message at all it just freezes as soon as i put the a or b disks in but it did accept the first disk that says use this first installation disk.

Can you close Libronix and insert the CD and see if Windows Explorer can view the contents?

I tried that and it wont. Also, I tried opening COMPUTER and putting in the disk but when I do that it does not even look like anything is in there (E: Drive). [:S]If that makes any sense

This seems to indicate you have a bad disk or a problem with your CDROM drive. If you have access to another computer you should try to see if you can read the contents of the disk on that drive. If you can you will need to find a way to transfer the files on that disk to your C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\Resources folder on the computer you are trying to load this on. If this computer is on a network with a computer that can read the files from the CD you can transfer them over the network. Or you can transfer the files to a USB drive on the computer that can read the CD and then transfer them fro the USB drive to the computer you want them to be on.

Until you can read the files on the CD that CD is of no use to you.

If you have a friend or church member with a computer that might help speed things up by giving you another way to check.
