BUG: Paste does not work on Mac

In creating metadata for a Personal Book on the Mac, 6.6 SR-3, paste into the Description box (may be other fields too) does not seem to work. I went to web sites to copy text and paste it in, using Safari. The screen just briefly flickers but no text goes into the box. I tried copying text from a number of web sites, just plain text, from Safari and Chrome on the Mac.

From my post in your "One Word" thread:

OR - it could be a bug in the Verbum "paste" function? (since it doesn't seem to work on the Mac at all in that description box)?

Copied a couple of paragraphs from your post. Had no problem pasting into the Description field on 2 different PBs. Is this a Verbum issue?

Could be, I am on Verbum. I Just restarted the Mac and the same thing happens. 6.6 SR-3

Just updated to 6.7 RC-1 - still occurs. Right click - paste does nothing in the Description box of PBs. (I only tried it with inside a new PB pane).

I can reproduce this with Right-click > Paste, but for some reason Cmd+V works correctly. That... doesn't make sense to me.
I'll create a case.

Had not tried right-click paste previously—had always used Cmd-V, but tried it after reading your post. It failed for me also.
