I just did an update on Heisers Unseen Realm

What do you mean that you "did an update"? 

anyone having the same issue?

I have the book and it is available on my iPad. What do you mean update as Alabama asked? It is a free trial view with Logos Now, perhaps the temporary license is the cause...

It IS available for mobile and I've been reading it for the last two weeks. This is NOT A FREE TRIAL I paid the cash for it! And had it before I subscribed to LNow

when I went to my home page on the iPad I had four updates waiting, one of which was the unseen realm. I proceeded to down load all four.

I can now read the book/resource but it took up until the positing of this reply to be available. 

I reported this to tech support

Thanks John for confirming that you have it on your Ipad. No joy here for me, it's not available on my Vyrso or Logos mobile.

That's not what I meant. 

Apparently some of the newer resources require newer versions of the Logos apps. I was asking about your version and update history in relationship to the resource working/not working.

I do know that a number of users were unable to access this resource and were told that an update would be required. In all likelihood that meant both resource and app.

Mobile, yes. Kindle, no.  I was using it last night on my NOOK Samsung using the Vyrso app late last night.

For clarification: You are saying that it IS mobile enabled, but is NOT "send to kindle" enabled (yet). Right?

Thanks. Try the command rebuild index on the homepage. If that doesn't work, you might need to reinstall the app. Has it been a while? If you continue to have troubles, please create a new thread in the iOS forum.

Rebuild index has sorted the problem for me, so my hat off to you alabama24[Y].
