BUG: Layouts and locator bars

I'm running 6.7 on Windows 8.1 x64. However, this has been happening for a while. This is the first time that I've remembered to check a particular layout both when updating it and sync'ing and then when first bringing it up again so that I could verify the behavior and post this message.
I consider the status of each tab's locator bar to be part of the layout. If that is not the way L6 is designed, then I guess this is not a bug and should be considered a feature request.
If L6 is supposed to restore locator bars to their previous status when a layout is restored, then that is not happening consistently. Most recently, it's been happening in the multiview window. That window is nearly unusable without the locator bar since it provides the resource names in the column headings. Early this week, I made sure the locator bar in multiview was enabled, updated the layout, and sync'd. Today I restored that layout, and the locator bar was disabled.
I'm sure this has been going on for a while, almost certainly back to L5, and it's mostly been in monographs, lexicons, encyclopedias (e.g. ISBE), and commentaries since I don't generally have the locator bar open for Bibles.
Not sure what other info I can provide. Unless logs include details of every single window and every single tab and every single aspect of each tab, I'm not sure they would help either.

Would love a couple of screenshots as I'm not totally clear what you mean. I get lost in the jargon-names sometimes.

Bump.
First screenshot - the locator bar entry on the panel menu and the fact that the locator bar is not visible:
Second screenshot - locator bar enabled and visible above the columns in the multiview:
What I am saying is that I *always* have the locator bar enabled for multiview. I save the layout with it enabled, and I sync that saved layout. Yet the multiview never comes up with the locator bar enabled - I always have to re-enable it. And multiview is not the only place that I've experienced it - it's just the most repeatable manner in which I experience the problem right now. It happened to me again right now - I took those screenshots bringing up a layout that had been saved with the locator bar enabled but in which it came up disabled.

Thanks for the screenshots.
I have never used the multiview 'view', so I have not noticed this.

I'll create a case. Thanks for the report!

Any update on when this will be fixed? It's easy enough to work around, but it is annoying because I have to do it on every open tab for a re-loaded layout where the locator bar should have maintained its state.
Thanks,
Donnie
