Mine aren't working either. I double checked and confirmed that "Show Information Tool Tips" is set to "Yes." In fact, I'm not seeing any type of info on hover (not just Scripture links).
I do see information on hover on the Home Page (including Scripture links), but not in the main interface (on any resource I've checked).
Also using Win10 64bit.

Using Beta1 6.8 with Mac with El Capitan, I can confirm that footnotes and references are not popping up.

Just an FYI: I can confirm this not to be working on W7-32, W7-64, or W10-32.
Lynden, what is your configuration?

Windows 10 64 Bit Pro. Weird that it is 64 Bit, and the Ram is maxed out at 4 GB.
Weird. It was working this morning. Now I have to click on the footnote and it shows the scripture reference, but not the text on mouse over.
Rebooting must have done something.

Mine are back. Try using an old layout where they worked and see if that makes a difference.

I had the same problem, but after restarting Logos the problem disappeared.
I use Windows 10 Pro, 64bit system, Czech version, Technical Preview.

I have W10 64 bit as well-
Same here Win10 and still not working. I have Win10 Home (as you do). Maybe the difference between Home and Pro is causing the different experiences?

The latest Logos update also installs .NET4.6, which requires a reboot. I wonder if it has something to do with .NET.

Using an old layout didn't work for me.

I'm not sure if that matters. I have W7-32, W7-64, and W10-32. The same issue is present on all 3 machines.

I can get it to work in an old layout, but as soon as I close and open my default bible (or any other reference book with tags) it no longer works. Just needs to be fixed for Beta 2. BTW I am on a Mac.

One thing for sure, I did not realize how much I used the hovering pop-ups until they disappeared! Amazing how you take things for granted until you lose them.

We know that Faithlife is aware of the issue. Dylan has created a case for it.

The latest Logos update also installs .NET4.6,
But only for Win 7, 8.x as v4.6 comes with Win 10!

Ahhh, yes. Windows 10 did not request a reboot, only the W7 machines. [:)]

My Win 10 updated and now I've lost my popups in Logos (and my SnagIt hotkey and icon).
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I still think that .NET 4.6 is causing some undercover issues (not all within Logos). I just can't put my finger on it. Upon updating, my MS-Outlook began crashing, however, it has been working fine today.

I have just noticed something, The home page hover-over pop-ups work. They just don't work in any resource.

Thanks for mentioning that- I had noticed that as well.

Hopefully, it will be fixed very soon. I realized that I really miss that feature. [:)]

I assume it's related, but the F7 pop-up verse comparison isn't working, either.

Opened my reading plan (created before the latest beta) and my popups are back.

Mine works using an old layout.
Closed the software opened the ESV and then NKJV and tried the popups and they no longer work. F7 still works.

Thanks Mark. Thought my memory had failed and that ƒ7 was not the correct key. That does not work for the Mac version either.

F7 works fine for me.
I also just noticed that hovering over highlighted search terms in a Bible search displays that same Bible verse on hover (a bit redundant, but...).
Changing to a different layout (created before the update) did not return the popup on hover function for me.
