Help--Logos app crashes repeatedly after opening
I just updated the Bible app to the latest version and it crashes immediately after opening. Again and again. I am sorry I updated the app as I need to use it now.

I deleted the app and re-installed it and now it works. There may have been another way to go but I did not want to wait.

Go to your iOS settings app, scroll down to the bottom where all apps are listed, find the app (Logos Bible?) and turn on "start at homepage." See if that works. If that doesnt work, try restarting your device. If nothing works, and if it is mission critical, you can either delete the app and download it again, or download one of the other apps temporarily.0

Alabama,
Thanks for your response. I don't think using another app would work for me since I needed to use the Exegetical and Word Study Guides unless those other apps have these capabilities.

Good to know about the Verbum app and the Guides. Really nice to have both on days like today. And v. OSU, I really don't expect to win the game but it is always fun watching! Go Green.

Please use Report a Problem under the Help menu so we can take a look at your device logs.

I had this on my Generation 1 iPad (64 GB) after I loaded over 1,500 resources on it. My smaller Generation 1 iPad (16 GB) works fine, but I have less than 100 books downloaded. There was plenty of storage space on the larger iPad, but, as they got older, many applications would freeze or crash unless you started booting other applications out of memory. Even after a fresh boot my Logos would not run. If I needed it, I would reinstall.

For clarification: The first generation iPad is only capable of running iOS 5.1.1. The Bible! mobile app by Logos requires iOS 7 or later. If you have an original iPad, you aren't running the newest version of the Logos mobile app.

For clarification, I don't see where Juanita says what version she is running.
