Guess there is sometimes a penalty for those of us who don't bother to read advertisement messages
Not just advertising messages: I have had many instance at work where I asked two distinct questions in an email and only get a response to the first while having the recipient deny they ever saw the second ....

Me too. That's why my strategy these days is only to ask one question per email and, if I have multiple questions, to send multiple emails.
