Logos Birthday Gift Certificate
This year, I was waiting to receive one but recently noticed that my "Personalized Offers" was not ticked in my Subscriptions. I ticked the box last week. Will I be receiving a Gift Certificate this week?

Yep, I have not received mine either. And I wrote an e-mail to them about a week ago with no reply so far, though I have indeed received many advertisements. I am thankful for all the ones I received before though. If they have cancelled this year's birthday credit, I can only continue to be thankful for what I have received in the past. On the other hand, I sure hope I can get it!

That is highly to wait a week for a response. Perhaps sending another one might be in order in case your first one was "lost" someplace.

Faithlife is getting a little big. Bob can't keep an eye on everybody. But I bet he wouldn't be happy to know that long term customers are being ignored or rejected. Maybe we should send an e-mail to him. I don't want to occupy his time on such a petty concern, but I think he would want to know if customer service is lagging a bit.

Why not email ray.deck AT logos.com? He seemed to be the one who headed up problems with people receiving Birthday discount codes in the past and is on various threads offering to help people.

When is the birthday certificate given ... beginning of birthday month, on the birthday itself or post birthday? Curious to know as mine is fast approaching.

Faithlife has given the birthday gifts in batch, so It may be before your birthday, on your birthday, or after your birthday, but it will be during the month of your birthday.
