I received the following Email from promotions@logosmail.com. I'm interested in Logos-Promo-mails, but... Isn't it strange, that I have to open a link to accept terms and conditions before having an opportunity reading it?

Before I clicked on the link in the promotion email it made me pause just long enough to ask if it was a joke. After a millisecond I realized that it was a joke and I think that was the intent of how it was written.
You don't. It's just a masked link, like the one here. But actually you can have another opportunity by going directly to http://academic.logos.com (in some days time, better go to https://academic.logos.com/2015/11/25/how-should-%ce%ba%ce%bf%ce%b9%ce%bd%e1%bd%b5-greek-be-pronounced/ )

Generally I like "masked" ones.
In this case I (personally) don't think it was the best idea using the words "terms and conditions". However, now I belong to the Ancient-Greek-One-Millisecond-Backstage-Joke-Insiders.
