Hyperlinking in notes in Android
I enter notes in a verse. Then, I want to add a verse reference, hyperlinked. I place the cursor where I want the reference to appear, such as at the end of what I just typed. Invariably, once I have entered the hyperlinked verse(s) reference, a seemingly random word in my notes gets the hyperlink, not at all where I placed the cursor. I can't figure this out. How do I indicate the exact place where I want the reference to appear? Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere, but I could not find a solution.
Thank you.

Can you share a screenshot or two of what the Notes panel looks like, and the hyperlink you are using?

I use Logos on an LG 8.3 tablet with Verizon, Android OS 5.0.2.
First, In Jude 1, I add a note. I place the cursor in the third line of my note at the comma at "In ," so the Jude 5-7 reference I want there should appear as, "In Jude 5-7, he discusses..."
Then, I open the Editor dialog and type the verses in the Hyperlink field, "Jude 5-7"
Then, I tap on Back to see my results:
As you can see, my new hyperlink for Jude 5-7 appears as the very first word in the note text, "Jude." Note that "Jude" is now in the blue hyperlink text. So, when I am done, and I tap on "Jude," I get the hyperlinked verses. The hyperlink did not appear as "Jude 5-7" where I left the cursor, at the comma after "In" in the third line. This does not always happen. It is very random. Sometimes it works, usually it does not.
Thank you all for your assistance.

Hyperlinks are not intended to be created at the cursor position, as far as I understand. Typically some text must first be selected and then a hyperlink can be created on that text selection. Please watch this screencast: https://monosnap.com/file/T0bHKP0019kbNRHuWtAxCOCGigrWSO .

This is an update to my last post of some 5 years ago. I have Logos 8 for Android. Is there any way to enter a reference, like a verse, in the notes, and have it hyperlinked? I cannot find any way to do this. One tech support person gave me some suggestions some time ago, but they work only sporadically. A tech support person today said there is no way to hyperlink references, such as Bible references, in the Android app. I am confused. Thank you.
