I find it bizarre that these 6 are on sale at Amazon.com but in Logos are not, guess the publisher won't let them put them on sale at LOGOS [:P]

I found that strange too.
Especially, since the typical "added value" reply doesn't hold water when comparing vyrso to kindle format. But either way, it doesn't really matter to me at a whopping 99c they'll probably be added to my Kindle library
Surely they will show up.
I called the Logos sales rep and was told they were only available in a bundled package like the Lexham Press Master Collection, currently on sale for 511.94 (at least for me with dynamic pricing).
