This shouldn't sound like I am complaining, because I am not.
I didn't find any deals this year that were worth picking up, did anyone else?
Not really... Gingrich's commentary on Lamentations, and two PNG mission related Vyrso books.
But that's okay. I already purchased EBNE a few weeks ago, so I'm actually glad that there was no big temptation on Black Friday.
[|-)] ZZZZzzzzzz.......
Nope. Used my certificate and some cash for two other books, one on sale.
I thought this was a pretty good deal at 75% off - Dictionary of Scripture and Ethics
The sale was pretty good. Although I was not able to take part in much of what I would pick up (irrelevant), I think that the sale was good.
The only thing I bought was on VYRSO:
Get 12 ebooks focused on historical figures in the Christian faith, like C.S. Lewis, Sojourner Truth, Corrie ten Boom, and others, for just $24.00—that’s 60% off!
John Newton: Author of "Amazing Grace" Anne Sandberg |D.L. Moody: The American Evangelist by Bonnie Harvey | C.S. Lewis: Creator of Narnia by Sam Wellman | Fanny Crosby: The Hymn Writer by Bernard Ruffin | Charles Spurgeon: The Prince of Preachers by Dan Harmon | Watchman Nee: Sufferer for China by Bob Laurent | Sojourner Truth: American Abolitionistby Terry W. Whalin | Jim Elliot: Missionary Martyr by Susan Martin Miller | David Livingstone: Explorer & Missionary by Sam Wellman | Corrie ten Boom: World War II Heroine by Sam Wellman | Amy Carmichael: Selfless Servant of India by Sam Wellman | Billy Graham: The Greatest Evangelist by Sam Wellman
This bundle I was very happy to purchase!!!!
Having not been using Logos as long as some have. I found the sale to allow me to pick up some valuable resources at a very affordable price. I was happy with the sale.
Thought it was poor compared to another Christian software company. Although it saved me from spending any money! 👍
Same for me; but I had already gotten a couple of upgrades and the NIB commentary. Not only that but picked up the Shepherds Notes entire NT along with some Vyrso freebies and cheapies. So can't complain; plus we still have X-mas and New Year's sales left.

Nothing.
This is the best item I saw that I did not own already. FL offered a significant number of resources at that 75% level, FL has also been quite generous in giving away many good resources each month. So many of the stores out there have unbelievable deals but very very limited quantities.

lol I wondered why this never showed up since I did it about 7am but I never clicked post on it on my iPad.
Didn't really turn my crank either.
It would be nice to have Faithlife "know" what their clients 'really' wanted and then offer specials in those areas.
For example, I have a real interest in DSS/Qumran resources. If somehow, either by survey or another way Faithlife would track that and then offer specials for those resources that I don't already have I would be more inclined to spend money and get what I really wanted. A win win for me because I get what I wish for and Faithlife gains the revenue.
IMHO
mm.

I believe FL tracks what's on our wishlists.

With the example of 75% off my guess is the profit level is pretty small there, since they have royalties to pay. And in Vyrso sight they offered 3 or 4 free books as well as discounted bundles. People including myself like to save money and get bargains but what happened to holidays being HOLY days.. times for worship and spending time with family.. yes I know that happens but these giant sales we somewhat demand make me sometimes feel the "almighty dollar" is more worshiped than the ALMIGHTY. I can be as guilty of this idolatry as anyone, I am not trying to single anyone or group out. I do wish everyone here a blessed Thanksgiving and holiday season but I am personally trying to focus less on gifts and sales and more on God and family/friends.

I did not purchase anything. Saving my money and hoping there are better deals for Christmas. Briefly considered the Dictionary of Scripture and Ethics, but upon looking at the preview on Amazon I did not think it would be something I would get much use from.
Underwhelming. At least I have more money now for the holidays [:P]
They do know what has been put on wish lists or added to the basket but not purchased. But what they are able offer by contract or profit margin may not correspond. For example the publishers who basically don't allow discounting are most apt to be on our wish lists because we are waiting for that rare publisher sale.
Me too. I also picked up the S-R commentary on Philippians. (to complete my set so far)
