Issue with Prophecy Knowledge Handbook by Walvoord
On my iPhone I am unable to pull up the supplemental chart: Order of Events of Bible Prophecy. I tried several other charts and they worked fine but when I click on this one only a blank white box pulls up.
I'm using an iPhone 6 with the latest OS as well as the newest logos app. I have not tried to look at the chart on a desktop yet though. This book is on sale for the month of December and you can quickly access the chart via the table of contents.
Is the book broken or is it just my app?

Thank you Alabama but in addition to the ios issue I was also curious if this issue presented itself elsewhere. I guess we will see what happens here first and then I could always repost

If your reason for posting is simply curiosity, posting in the general forum would have been fine. If your goal is to get it fixed and/or get a response from FL, it isnt the best place to post. In all likelihood this is a mobile issue and may or may not affect android as well. Kevin works both, so he will know.

Many of the charts in this resource will not display on mobile since the mobile app doesn't currently have the ability to display them. Text or table based charts should appear but the rest of them won't.

When I touch the title of a chart in the Contents, the little popup appears to display the chart. But I thought it would directly open the page the chart is on.

This resource also works that way on Logos Desktop, so I believe it is by design. If not, it's a bug in the resource itself.

Hey Kevin... Who can we ask to take a look at this on the desktop version? I looked at it on my desktop tonight and when I click on this chart it opens in a tiny window that I cannot expand making it impractical to use unless I right click and save it as a photo

You could post something to the Logos 6 Desktop forum although I believe this is simply how the resource is and I am not sure if it can be changed. It's not a Faithlife-owned resource (i.e. Faithlife didn't author it) and it was last compiled in 2006... so it's been that way going on 10 years.

General forum? It sounds like this is an older resource. Occasionally these older files get updated with new image files.
