Beachball of death keeps appearing when I apply highlighting. Any ideas?
Please post logs. See my signature line for instructions
It's in Alabama's signature line (or mine) at the bottom of his post (or mine) where it says, "Mac Logs"
Thanks, Integ!
I ran the Logos Logging Utility and have the zip file, but cannot figure out how to upload it. Sorry for my incompetence!
Try using the paperclip icon
The link in my signature line has step by step instructions
Thanks, Graham.
When I click on the paper clip, choose the zip file and click on "Insert" nothing happens. Am I supposed to unzip the file and choose a particular file to upload?

Very strange
Am I supposed to unzip the file and choose a particular file to upload?
No - you should be able to include the whole file.
In the screenshot below I clicked on the paperclip icon and got a dialog box
When I click the "Choose File" I am presented with a file browser (in my case on Windows)
and I choose the zip file outlined in red which resulted in the dialog box being updated to show the selected file
Clicking "Insert" resulted in that file being included in the reply below
0167.LogosCrash on update now.zip
How does your process compare to mine?
(Note to anyone reading this - please don't feel the need to analyse the zip file I posted - it was just to demonstrate how the process works!)
Graham ~ As far as I can tell, nothing happens. But let me try it again here . . . As you can see, once again, the file is not uploaded.

When you click "Insert" do you have a file name selected in the dialog box?
I'm wondering if there is a forum problem - I've raised the question at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/119682.aspx and it is worth keeping an eye on that thread.
How large is the zip file? How long did you allow it to "work" after clicking "insert"? How fast is your internet connection?
I think so. Let's see . . .
4.7MB - I wait quite a while.
That's what the dialogue box looks like when I click on "Insert" . . .
I posted a screen shot of my unzipped file ton the other thread to see if either you or Alabama can identify what I might be able to send that way.
Try extracting the logos.log file and see if you can upload that
Is this it?
0160.Logos.log
Here is the logos.log file. Will that work?
3005.Logos.log
