This is not a beta issue, I believe, but a misassignment in the RI database for five different bibles (but maybe I'm wrong).
Inspired by a spurious blog post discussing the Lyrics of MercyMe-song "flawless" I thought to put my Logos to use.
Surprisingly, I found that the sense "flawless" is actually only assigned once - to a Hebrew lemma transliterated tahor in Prov 15:26 and usually translated with something like clean, pure (here a link to the BWS).
The bug is that the RIs of five bibles, LEB, NRSV, NRSVCE, NKJV and NASB95 mix up the assignment of the 6th and 8th Hebrew word in the sentence, and show the Hebrew word, lemma, Strongs etc and the sense under gracious/pleasant (which is actually the translation for noam in that verse).

I verified the translation of tahor accross my library and found that only the five RI-powered bibles named above have the pleasant/gracious or anything near it and only in this one verse of all the many usages of the lemma.
The LEB for example has this only once in 95 instances:

Curious that such a bug came up for "flawless" of all word senses (or is it much more prevalent in the database? I never look at Hebrew lemmas at all and wouldn't know).
Logos, please fix this!
[Note that when I first saw that in LEB I thought the resource index was mixed up and reindexed the LEB - since index corruption is still a possibility, maybe someone could confirm what I see - given my machine specs I'm reluctant to run a full reindex on my library]
