Tagging

Is there an easier way to tag resources, other than:

- opening a resource

- click the Resource Information button

- tag the resource

It would be great if there is a way of tagging your resources from within the library window. But I haven't found a way to do that. Any other suggestions?

Hi Michael,

Open the library, click on the icon on the right that has an i, select the book or books you want to tag and then enter your tag in the box as shown below:

If you want you can use the library search box for example to locate all works by an author: (author:pink) or all commentaries (type:bible commentary) or books with the subject theology (subject:theology) You can then select all those resources and tag them.

O man, this is a huge relief! I remember having struggled with this option in the past, since if you click on the title it will open the resource, so you need to click on anything else except the title. have overlooked this option.

Michael, just so you know you can use collection formulas from the wiki and put them in to the search box and then tag those resources. There are quite a few examples that may help you search for groups of books to tag. Just a few tips to speed things along for you.
