Constant Logos update errors - 2 different machines

Running Logos Bible Software 6.2 6.2.0.0027 on both an iMac (El Capitan) and a MacBook Pro (El Capitan) 10.11.1. Can no longer install any updates on either machine. Update apparently downloads, Update is extracted and "Ready to install" window opens but a subsequent "Update Error!" occurs. Updates will not install, even with repeated attempts. Also, odd that the Logos Icon on screen says Logos 7 but the menu (About Logos) says version 6.2 6.2.0.0027. Logos update installer is broken. Help.

Welcome! Sorry you are having troubles.

You are seriously out of date. The current version is 6.7 SR-1. Your version goes back to April. It might be helpful to have logs (see my signature line). I think your issue will be solved by downloading and installing the newest engine manually. See link in my signature line. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you alabama24! [8-|] I went the "update the free core engine" route and both machines now reflect Logos Bible Software 6.7 SR-1 6.7.0.0044. Both Libraries are in the process of being updated as I type.

Time will tell if future updates will install but we are off to a good start! Thank you. Praise God.
