It would be nice to have the opoup with the information popup somewhere other than the bottom of the page- very difficult to read and annoying ot have to look down and search for it.
Did you mean to put this in the Suggestions forum?
I feel it is better to have the popup in the bottom of the page than it covering the essential information.
Actually it would be good if the user could have some control: popups on or off (resource/tool specific, or a visible toggle and/or shortcut) and where it pops up.
MJ- yes- thought I had.
Veli- that would be even better- may not seem important, for you younger guys, but I'm getting older and it would make it easier on my eyes, sure I'm not the only one.
I agree it would be helpful to be able to configure it, for example, to appear just below the current mouse position, and possibly to configure a colour contrast to make it a bit more obvious where it is. One of the other programs allows you to configure location, and I always found that useful when I used it. I use the popup for checking when I'm reading a Greek text if I come across a word I don't know, and it would be slicker if it appeared just below where I am when I hovered the mouse over a word - my [ageing] eyes wouldn't have to travel so far!

I would take advantage of that feature. I agree that looking at the bottom is a long way for my eyes to travel, especially when I'm reading longer passages with lots of unfamiliar words.
