I'm Bummed

From time-to-time I have benefited from ordering books on Pre-Pub. Some time back I placed an order for the Pre-Pub set of 32 Volumes, Classic Commentaries and Studies on Romans, and received an email yesterday that it was scheduled for shipment on 12/27. Usually, I just have the Pre-Pubs billed to my debit card.

Because of the Holiday season, some unexpected expenses and the fact that I'm disabled and on a fixed income, I contacted Logos to see if I could have these books added to my Logos Credit which has been set up for my last upgrade instead. We're talking about approximately $90.00 here. I was informed by Customer Service that Pre-Pubs are not eligible to be added to Logos Credit. This came as a surprise and a shock to me but I guess they have their reasons. I was left with no other option than to cancel my order, lest my account be over drawn.

I was looking forward to this collection since Romans is one of my favorite books of study in the New Testament.

If you'll reach out to a sales rep on the day it releases (pre-pubs normally release by around 3:00pm or so), I'm sure the sales rep can help you out with that the moment it releases. I would assume that since you are buying that quickly at release time that they could find a way to get you sold at the pre-pub price. Those guys are amazing, and will do all they can to help you out.

Thanks. I might give that a try. Like I said, I was really bummed and surprised at their response to my request. I have otherwise had excellent service in Customer Relations.
