IPhone 6 Plus--- Logos Won't Show Resources
I don't use my Iphone much for Logos, but the other day I left my Bible at home and tried to use my phone in Church. I was on wi-fi. So, none of my sources would show up...at all. I saw them there, but when I clicked on the source, the screen was just blank...pure white. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Same thing. Do I have to have the item downloaded on the phone? I thought it was cloud based.

You don't need to have the resources downloaded so long as you have a good Internet connection.
Have you tried this anywhere else? Trying to understand if the church wifi has anything to do with the problem

Under the Help menu please use the "Report a Problem" link so we can take a look at your device logs.

Hello Kevin: I actually already reported a problem. It took my "report" and emailed them to you all on Sunday. I haven't heard back from anyone yet, which is why I came here....

In the future, it is best to do both together. Create a thread, send in the support info, and reference the thread.

I am in the same situation. Once the app upgraded it no longer shows any resources. I have loved out and back in again, but no resources show up.

I am in the same situation. Once the app upgraded it no longer shows any resources. I have loved out and back in again, but no resources show up.
Some questions:
- Do you have the same phone - iPhone 6 Plus.
- When you refer to an upgrade - which app are you using and what version have you upgraded to?
- I don't understand what you mean when you refer to "logging out" - there is no mechanism, that I am aware of, to do that in the app. Please clarify
- Roughly how many resources do you own, how many do you expect to see?

After an install/upgrade, if one doesn't wait for the app to finish Library indexing this can definitely occur. It's likely not a server problem.

Did you have Scrolling View enabled, or any Bible Text Only settings enabled (that might prevent the beginning of a Bible from appearing)? Does this happen with all resources?
