Pop-up passages from links within a Bible...

I was wondering how hard it would be to add a feature that, when we're reading a particular version of the Bible, to set the menu of the individual pane to let verse references within that pane pop up in the same version as the one we're reading (rather than in our Favorite Bible Version)?
This would be similar to "Inline Search," only different.

You can achieve this now with advanced prioritisation, but a simple option would be nice.

Thank you, Mark. You seem to be quite the expert. I just now tried the suggestion, put, in this case, the Jewish Bible as #2 on my prioritize list, clicked the sub menu and put both the 1st and 3rd areas as this Bible, and I still get my NASB.
But ... there are very few "footnote verses" in the Jewish Bible, and when you hover over them, the alternate verse shows. When you click on that pop-up, then the alternate verse becomes more pronounced, and you can hold your mouse over it.That's when I still get NASB, and when I click the verse reference, it still goes to NASB. Even after I logged out and then back into the software.
But thank you for your very informed post(s).

PS I'm using Logos 6, of course.

You need to use advanced prioritization - setting the translation's highest priority to itself.
in comparison to:
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

The advanced prioritisation needs to be right at the top of the prioritisation list, above your preferred Bible. (I know the linked post says the order doesn't matter, but that was for Logos 4. Sorry if that was confusing.)
