I have 120 resources that don't show up on iPad that show on my desktop. Is that normal?

I can't speak to the specific resources you are missing. However there are some resources that are not licensed for the mobile apps.

Do you mean actual resources (books) or things like Interactives?

    Can you give some examples?

Fred is right, there are a multiplicity of resources that publishers restrict access to on Mobile. This is not a Logos restriction.

However, 120 sounds like a lot. I have about 9800 resources and have less that that which are restricted from mobile access. You might want to try logging off and logging back in. Or maybe someone else can provide better advice, such as indexing help on Mobile??

You can also go to the Help menu and use the "Report a Problem" link so Logos can look at your device logs, should you call in for help.

    iOS: 8611

that is my variance. The missing resources in the iOS include Jerome Biblical Commentary, Oxford Bible Commentary. These are not only not activated for iOS but are no longer sold by Logos (although the OBC was always only a product unlockable only). I did not expect to see a divergence of this amount, but it is not a surprise to me knowing that some resources as stated above are not licensed for mobile. Most items i want are available except the above two i mentioned. Faithlife has done a commendable job getting as many as possible resources mobile this included resources they no longer sell like the Revised Barclay Daily Study Bible (not the 3rd edition they now sell) and the Daily Study Bible Old Testament.

The number of resources will vary depending upon what you own, but yes... it is "normal."

Thanks. I used the help menu to report the problem. Maybe that will help.

I had this issue once and I was told to type rebuild index in the top search box which fixed it

As some have noted above this may not actually be a problem - simply resources which are available in your desktop and not enabled / shown on your iPad.

I'm missing somewhere around that number on my apple mobile devices too. I figure is publishers's restriction on all the missing ones based on a few I've checked on. Some might be manuals that are part of a CD ROM you previous installed.

I just checked, and I've got 30 interactives in my library which don't get installed on mobile devices (see below). I've also got 12 dataset documentation resources, which I don't think get installed either, so things like these are probably adding to the number of books that aren't actually licensed by the publishers for mobile devices.

I've got a total of 4,182 on my desktop (including interactive and dataset documentation), and 4,125 on my iPhone. At this time of night, I'm not going to try to work out the other 15. But I suspect they're the books that aren't licensed for mobile.
