Not all panels are showing in multiple resources

I selected four(4) multiple resources but only three are showing.

I should have the:

ESV
NA28
PNTC (Matthew)
The Gospel of Mt by Boice vol. 1 (1-17)
The Gospel of Mt by Boice vol. 2.(18-28)

It's the last commentary by Boice that is not showing in a panel.

That's correct. Resources are only visible when you are currently navigated to a milestone they contain. If you navigate to Matthew 19:1, you should see Boice vol. 1 disappear and Boice vol 2 appear.
